The Corban Group recognizes the need for seasoned professionals with a solid tools a methodologies. The objective being to deploy professionals that complement the expertise of any organization, and add value ¾ bringing new ideas based on their individual, relevant and credible experience, and broad and diverse knowledge.  In this context, the combined experience and expertise of both the Corban key staff and that of the participating client staff will create an intellectual “force multiplier”, establishing a project team whose value is greater than the sum of its participants.

In considering the “complimentary” composition of the proposed Corban staff, three critical justice operations and technology elements were identified:

·         Relevant knowledge obtained from the “lessons learned” and experience of the past;

·         Relevant knowledge and understanding of the operational and technical requirements of  the present

·         Relevant understanding of evolving operational and technical requirements of the future¾the next ten years.

The British military define “experience” as the ability to identify and quickly solve the same problems the second time around”.  The Corban Group believes the past and present knowledge, and the future understanding of the Corban team members, coupled with the innovated thinking of the client personnel will facilitate the rapid:

·         Identification of design or implementation  problems;

·         Assessment of alternative design or deployment solutions;

·         Selection and specification of the solutions that best serve both the present and future needs and requirements of the client for the goals defined

The team should, through mutual experience, collective analysis, and professional disciplines rapidly achieve consensus regarding the various and complex elements of any project.  This is important because the quicker the team develops a complete understanding of the project, the more scheduled time will remain to review, vet and improve the deliverable from both a technological and operational perspective.
